The art of winemaking LAMOUR rouge
The grapes are carefully selected to deliver an intense expression of the terroir. Fermentation on the skins allows for full extraction of aromas and tannins. Aging in oak barrels brings depth and elegance.
Tasting notes
Harvested at night to preserve their full freshness, the grapes undergo a meticulous parcel selection. Cold stabilization for 10 days and the reintegration of lees filtrate into the tank enhance the wine’s richness and aromatic depth.
